It usually gets better in the weeks following surgery, but can rarely be a long-term problem.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Erectile dysfunction<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Up to 10% of men who have surgery for an enlarged prostate may have erectile dysfunction afterwards.
